Tanjiao Barrage, a supporting project of greenway engineering, has been in construction since 2014. Upon completion, the lake surface with length of about 5.1 kilometers will be created between Tanjiao Barrage and Zhaoshandu Dam, and realize the regulation storage of 750,000.00 cubic meters. This project will be implemented by depending on such lake surface and the land area near water. The four elements (namely, water, land, mountain and beach) will be used to conduct the spatial structure of quaternity and to explore the new development mode of “culture, sports and tourism integration”. The hierarchical division way of aquatic sports beach sports beach forest leisure greenway sports kernel land area mountain forest bound is used to create the Wenzhou destination of sports, recreation and tourism integrating cultural leisure, exercise and fitness, and high-end tourism, and to build the sports leisure town at provincial level. The project feasibility study report is in progress. This project is located at Dahua Village and Shangmaqian Village of Gaolou Town to the south of 330 National Highway, including the water area of Feiyun River. Such matched leisure projects as sports venue, mid-lake agritainment, water park, integrated playground equipment and water sports shall be constructed to shape relatively complete industry chain of tourism products. Upon completion, it will become a first-class aquatic entertainment project in Zhejiang Province.
